The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during peak planting seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

  • Regional Shipping: Orders within Uttar Pradesh and Delhi may experience faster transit times due to our proximity to these hubs.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or extreme weather conditions.

3. Shipment Coverage

We proudly offer PAN India shipping, bringing our organic gardening essentials to proud plant parents across the country. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of India.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

5. Damages and Issues

Green Acres Organics is committed to product quality. If you receive your order damaged, or if items are broken during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and reach out to our support team immediately so we can make it right.
